招聘职位：

零售管理培训生Retail Management Trainee

主要工作职责(MainResponsibilities / Job Description)：

l Work as a staff in retail stores to betterunderstand store operation system

作为零售店铺成员在店铺工作，以更好的理解品牌运作营运体系

l Work as a retail store manager,independently or assist the management on daily operations, including but notlimited to team management, inventory management, KPI management etc.

作为零售店铺管理者在店铺工作，独立或者协助管理零售店铺日常营运工作，包括但不仅限于团队管理、货品管理、目标管理等

l Through rotation, be familiar with theS.O.P. and the basic knowledge of the functional departments in/outsideoperations;

通过轮岗学习，熟悉与营运相关的各职能部门的运作模式及基础知识

l Obtain on job training and in-housetraining to gain skills and comprehensive qualities to meet the requirement of allranks as soon as possible

通过在职带教培训和课堂培训，尽快达到各职级所需具备的技能和综合素质

l Conduct periodical work review, find outthe systematical problems existing in operations, and provide constructivesuggestions and solutions

定期工作回顾，发现零售店铺营运中存在的系统性问题，并提出相应建议解决方案

任职资格 (Requirements):

l Bachelor degree or above, graduating in2019.

本科以上学历，2019 年应届毕业生

l High integrity, honesty, kindness, loyaltyand a strong sense of responsibility

诚实守信，热情善良，忠诚度高，责任心强

l Passion for fashion industry and a goodsense of service.;

对时尚行业充满激情，具有良好服务意识

l A team player with good communicationskill.

极具团队合作精神和良好的沟通技巧

l Strong analytical skill and logical sense

具有良好的分析能力和逻辑思维

l Good command of English and Mandarin;

优秀的中英文表达能力

l Willing to travel domestically and overseasfor business meeting and other relevant purpose if necessary

乐于接受国内外出差，参加区域会议或者其他相关的出差任务。
