Job Title: _   Accountant               __
Reporting to: _ Senior Accountant of Yuanliu              __
Scope: _ GL/AR/AP/Issue VAT invoice             __

Work Responsibilities:

Yuanliu –GL/AR/AP/Issue VAT invoice
-        Prepare the Bank payment and bank vouchers
-        Prepare the GL accounts
-        Create the purchase invoice in UFIDA system
-        Create the CoGS vouchers in the UFIDA system
-        Create the VAT invoice as the UFIDA sales order
-        Check the personal expenses application
-        Filing all the accounting documents and vouchers
-        Proactively deliver a timely and efficient service to all other departments in the company, and continually try to improve the quality of service and improve the efficiency of service delivery.
-        Support the chief accountant as and when required.


Job Requirements:
Education
-        bachelor level university qualifications, or equivalent
Work Experience
-        have good accounting and finance education background
Skills
-        Strong working knowledge of working tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite).
-        Expert in Excel and Word.
-        Very good communicator.
-        Able to work well across cultures
-        Have an internal control instinct and mind-set
Behaviour
-        Act professionally and ethically at all times
-        Proactive, action-oriented, dynamic, able to show initiative, autonomous
-        Have a strong sense of curiosity and enquiry.
